Sarah’s journey into Fitness Coaching…

Sarah’s journey started out like many others, a girl with a gym membership, timid and unsure of how to navigate the path towards her goals. She lacked strength and confidence and yearned to change that. Through hiring her own personal trainer, learning how to properly strength train, and fueling herself with proper nutrition towards her goals, Sarah fell in love with the process of getting stronger and savvier in the gym.

Sarah became certified through NASM in 2019 and started her coaching journey right away as a Personal Trainer at New York Sports Clubs. Within 6 months she moved up the ranks to Fitness Manager, the overseer of the personal training department and each personal trainer’s individual business within the club.

In 2020, Sarah moved to a private personal training gym called Prime Performance & Development. Here she focused solely on in-person personal training, and quickly became the most sought-after trainer in the facility with the highest client retention rate. Sarah focused on building her personal training skills, racking up certifications and taking continuing education courses, all while guiding men and women, from as young as 13 years old to 72 years old, towards their unique fitness goals.

In 2022, Sarah had the opportunity to be a Founding Coach at a new gym opening in Queens, NYC called Aneva. There she built a new clientele of personal training clients, and created and instructed the most popular class in the space, Kettlebell Skills & Conditioning. She also ran small group training classes, and multiple industry and community events, including her “Ladies Who Lift” event which brought a community of women together, guiding them towards more comfort and confidence strength training in the gym.

In the beginning of 2024, Sarah went out on her own as an independent trainer, building her business of in-person and virtual personal training clients, small group training classes reserved for women only to continue her “Ladies Who Lift” saga, and has continued to teach her own Kettlebell group class called “Bell Intentions”.

In 2024, Sarah was hired as an instructor for the Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification as well as the Functional Kettlebell Training Certification. She travels all around the country and world to coach other coaches in the PPSC and FKT systems.

Sarah guides her clients towards holistic health and wellness in every facet of their life, focusing on physical and mental strength in and out of the gym, confidence within oneself to take on life’s challenges, and ease of daily living. Sarah’s purpose in life is to help as many people as she can see how strong and capable they really are.
